20091223   22:31 Cheltenham Spa to Bristol Temple Meads due 23:37   otherwise altered, catering change, rolling stock issues, knock-on effect

Full report: "This train has been revised. This is due to an earlier train fault. The following catering alteration will apply: No buffet service. A trolley service is available in Standard Class.Last Updated: 23/12/2009 19:44 "

OK ... I can see it's a 125 that comes off a London service into Cheltenham and works down to Bristol to sleep for the night ... but does it seriously have an open buffet under normal circumstances  !?!
