I noticed a few months ago they cleared the trackbed of the former 2 tracks by Lawrence Hill station. I presumed this was for technical reasons or prepatory work for reinstating some track. However, I've now noticed they have put up new palisade fencing right across what would have been the line (under the bridge), this then continues up the platform for a few metres by the steps, thus blocking the line if another 2 tracks were to be built.
