Megan Moore, 16, died instantly after slipping between the train and the platform at Angmering station near Littlehampton on 21 November last year. The combination of wearing heels plus a high level of alcohol may have caused her to slip, investigators said. Coroner Penelope Schofield said Ms Moore's death was a "tragic accident".
