Title: Stormy Weather Post by: marky7890 on November 14, 2009, 14:21:10 I noticed on the FGW website that there is a line problem between Exeter St Davids and Penzance, Could this be at Dawlish or possibly Penzance?
Also why has the 10:06 HST from Paddington to Penzance been shortened to just 3 carriages instead of 8? I imagine you can barely move on it. Mark Title: Re: Stormy Weather Post by: super tm on November 14, 2009, 14:23:49 It was only 3 carriages to reading. Ran as a turbo with HST onwards.

Mark Apparently there is a 50mph Emergency Speed Restriction on the route from Devon - Cornwall. Not surprising really, it really is awful out there, there can't be much grip on the railheads.
