Title: First Class Offer Post by: John R on October 27, 2009, 21:30:05 Received today the latest First Class season ticket offer, of unlimited free travel on FGW at weekends (and bank holidays) until the end of January (1st class where available). An excellent offer, coming with the usual goodies of discounts off travelling chef, free wine and beer, and weekend car parking.
There's a slight error in T&C 3, in that it seems to imply that the offer is only valid on trains which have 1st Class accommodation, which would be a bit barmy, and isn't replicated in the T&Cs on the website. I guess they hope that you will take a companion, but it's still a cracking offer.
