Title: Re: xc tea from the trolley Post by: dking on August 29, 2009, 12:11:39 Any 'proper' tea that isn't made with boiling water is vile. It's just that we've been forced to get used to it by cheap catering. I suspect XC is using the cheapest teabag on the market as well.
Proper coffee can stand being made with water off the boil. Hot chocolate is probably the best choice though lukewarm chocolate can be pretty undrinkable. Instant coffee is beyond the pale, at whatever temperature. H&S would probably prevent tea trolleys being fitted with water heaters.
