First heard about FGWCS from a colleague a year or so ago when I worked for Sustrans on rail related matters (Station Travel Plans via ATOC / DfT Steering group). Now retired am part of Voluntary Secretariat to Northern Rail's Cycle Users Forum. ::). Brompton Rail.
