Title: Community Rail Awards - Photo Competition. Your votes invited..... Post by: RichardB on July 18, 2009, 15:36:07 The National Community Rail Awards are being held in Carlisle this year on Friday 25 September.
The awards include a photo competition and all the entries are currently on the ACoRP website http://www.acorp.uk.com/ for anyone to vote on. The public vote will create the shortlist which will be voted on at the Awards dinner itself. The photo competition is not first and foremost about the technical ability of the photographer and how well the photo is constructed - obviously that plays a part - the idea is for the winning photo to be the one that captures the essence of community rail best.
