Title: Happier FGW passengers Post by: willc on June 30, 2009, 23:54:55 FGW has seen a eight per cent rise in passenger satisfaction in the past 12 months according to the spring 2009 Passenger Focus survey results, up from 73 per cent last year to 81 and its ratings were up in every category surveyed. Only two per cent were very dissatisfied with FGW.
Highest overall ratings were Heathrow Express and Heathrow Connect, Merseyrail and Chiltern, all in 90-92 per cent range. Bringing up the rear, in the mid-70s, London Overground, LM, NXEA, FCC and southeastern.
