Title: Govia wins South Central Franchise Post by: Btline on June 09, 2009, 14:06:34 Good news: Govia have retained the South Central franchise! ;D
This will save NX ruining another route and will prevent money being wasted as Southern brand is removed and Stagecoach's brand is applied. Shame it is only for a few years; many SN routes will have become Thameslink after 2015... Wouldn't it be good if Govia merged all their TOCs into one (as they all overlap). Network South East anyone? There will be in effect an outer orbital service admittedley in three parts. Clapham Junction - Willesden, North London to Highbury and then back on East London to Clapham Junction.
