If you have reported it out of order can you let me know the following: Date report to First. How you reported it I.E. by letter, E-mail or phone. I first reported it to the ticket collector on the train, must have been mid May who said he would report it to the "authorities". I again mentioned it to the ticket collector on the 18th June who said "it had probably been reported". I then rang the 0800 number when the sign about checking the facilities regularly appeared and was told they had "no nowledge of a problem" even though I knew others had reported it too. Good luck!!!
