Title: Peak Time CIS Failure @ Bristol Temple Meads 19/05/09
Post by: thetrout on May 19, 2009, 18:39:35
Bristol Temple Meads this time... Complete failure of all the Customer Information Systems... At Rush Hour... As you can imagine, it was complete and utter chaos...!

Full marks to the FGW staff at Temple Meads who resorted to the "All hands on Deck" method...! Upon my return trip (14:40 ish) All was well again ;D

The CIS team are fighting a losing battle today! We have lost the CIS system three times this afternoon, and the Amey Datel engineers are working flat out to resolve it!
