The elements of the scheme are listed below : - Turnback facility at Yate. - Reinstate the east curve of Westerleigh Junction. - Provision of two extra platforms at Bristol Parkway and a Stoke Gifford West avoiding loop. - Extension of four-track railway between Filton Abbey Wood - Bristol Temple Meads. - Resignalling , provision of more lines and reinstate bay platform 2 & extend platform 13 at Bristol Temple Meads. - Upgrade Worle Junction from single lead to double lead junction and part redoubling of the branch towards Weston Milton. - Reinstate the bay platform at Weston - super - Mare.
