Title: Buying Car Park Tickets
Post by: eightf48544 on March 26, 2009, 15:01:35
Taplow has recently had a notice up saying it would no longer be possible to purchase carpark tickets from the station clerk.

I believe from other posts this was to be applied to most stations in TV.

Learnt this morning it has been rescinded! Too many complaints?

I understand that the original decision was made at one level, and when it became known at a more senior level, it was quickly quashed.

You mean someone actually worked out that if a passenger didn't have the right change for the car park machine, or a mobile to use RingGo, then it might be a bit hard to get a parking ticket. Amazing.
