Title: More TOCs are now worse than FGW Post by: northwesterntrains on January 28, 2009, 13:34:13 First Capital Connect, London Overground and National Express East Anglia are now seen as worse than FGW in the latest Passenger Focus survey. London Midland and Southeastern are the same as FGW, with some of the TOCs that are above FGW are only 1-3% better such as East Midlands Trains, First Transpennine Express and Northern Rail.
