Been lurking for a while, but decided to join! I used to be a guard for Southern, but left a couple of years ago. I use FGW in my current job from time to time. When I was a kid Portsmouth-Cardiff was the bane of my life, and it's interesting that two franchises later the service is still a complete shambles! Anyone here a guard for FGW? I'm interested to know what route knowledge is like out of Fratton and Reading depots. Bye for now.
