Title: Signalling Problems
Post by: Lee on January 21, 2009, 09:31:48
Peak Portsmouth-Cardiff, Weymouth and North Downs Line services have been disrupted this morning, with signalling problems cited as the reason on the FGW website. The Barnstaple line also appears to be having problems for similar reasons.

North Downs line problem was a points failure at Wokingham - 0607 Reading to Shalford and 0612 Reading to Waterloo were trapped between Reading and Wokingham.

Unit for the 0634 from Reading left as the 0704 from Reading at 0708, unit for the 0704 arrived from Gatwick on platform 4 and went to the sidings at Reading, 0642 to Waterloo shortly afterwards.
