Who is going to nominate the platform announcer at Bristol, (I think his name has been mentioned before)although unseen continues to work miracles with passengers when there are problems. Being able to clear a 1/3 of waiting passengers from the platform 11 by 'reminding' them that it will be quicker to catch the next PAD service to Bath is wonderful when the Portsmouth is slightly delayed.
