http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?topic=3957.0 ... but it's also very relevant in "Campaigns" ... if any of you are with a Rail User Group, Passenger Focus (the body that's funded by the DfT to represent passengers) is doing a Rail User Group Survey. As Rail User Groups are a disparate lot, they may not have reached everyone so I've given them a call and got their permission to forward copies on the survey - due back within a couple of weeks.
