From the FGW website :

17:00 Plymouth to London Paddington due 20:39

This train has been cancelled.This is due to a train fault.

16:00 Penzance to London Paddington due 21:23

This train has been revised.It will additionally call at: Castle Cary, Westbury and Newbury.

18:02 Exeter St Davids to Westbury due 19:13

An additional train service has been planned to operate as shown 18:02 Exeter St Davids to Westbury due 19:13 run on 22/10/08.

First Arriva liveried from Cogload Jn - Castle Cary?

Huh  ???  1Z96 was very much in FGW colours and refreshed interior.  It also was due to connect into a HST service to PAD at Westbury, so the only seriously disrupted passengers were those between Plymouth and Newton Abbot.
