As I understand it, there are plans^ afoot to make a big song and dance about the new timetable, somewhere closer to the date. A paragraph buried deep in some obscure minutes ain't what I'd call an announcement. (If anyone cares, I knew about the two extra trains last November, and have been in possession of the relevant bits of the December timetable since April 12th. And no, I'm not going them pass it on to anyone else!) ^ - whether anything comes of those plans is anyone's guess, however...
