Bus Stops are the responsibility of local council unless stated otherwise. To quote the article: A spokesman for Restormel, which is responsible for the Holmbush Road bus stop, said a shelter had been considered but is not possible as the pavement is too narrow. The other bus stops are the responsibility of St Blaise Town Council.
