It's about 2.5 km from Gar du Nord, in Seine-St-Denis. So all trains using Gare du Nord have stopped, and I imagine a lot of stock is unable to enter service at all. Some services are starting short or being diverted: Eurostar (Belgium/Netherlands): Marne-la-Vallée. RER B : la Plaine Stade de France et Aulnay-sous-Bois - limited service only RER D : Stade de France Saint-Denis - limited service only Ligne K : Mitry - limited service only Ligne H : Saint Denis - limited service only Other TER: - mostly no service.
