Not directly relevant to my geriatric-powered bike There are a few electric shock risks that have to be considered between the car being charged and earthed street furniture (street lamps etc). BS7671 (The IET Wiring Regs) has a whole chapter dedicated to EV charging points, the IET wiring committee have raised concerns regarding the electric shock risk. Insurance companies have concerns regarding a trip hazard with were the liability rests and the have the same concerns as the IET.
