Title: Beeching and Benson Post by: grahame on November 08, 2024, 13:01:42 The Beeching report in Great Britain was followed by the Benson report in Northern Ireland.
And whilst I can find online copies of the Beeching report, I've drawn a blank looking for a copy of the Benson report - I can find only references and not the report itself. Can anyone help me? Only somewhat - there are a number of references around but none of them has yet lead me to the actual report - just a summary of the headlines and outcomes. This collection is housed in the Balfour Browne Room which is also home to our exhibition of railway memorabilia. Visitors and researchers are welcome visit the library on Tuesday evenings.
