Appears to have sat down at/by/near Thatcham since 12:51 (so just over an hour delay). The 1C82 1303 London Paddington to Plymouth has been diverted, having been held at Reading for 31 minutes. Cancellations to services between Reading and Newbury Due to a broken down train at Thatcham the line towards Newbury is blocked. Disruption is expected until 14:15 14/03.
