Anyone seen these questionnaires being handed out at stations since the pandemic? I thought not. UI think they need to advertise their new methodology for ensuring randomness... It did appear to be GWR specific only so I am unsure if this is relevant to Transport Focus. I would also doubt the data has been processed so quickly.
