Title: FoSBR Bristol Rail Campaign AGM Post by: Red Squirrel on February 18, 2024, 23:06:08 The 2024 FoSBR Bristol Rail Campaign AGM will be held on Friday 8th March 2024 7.15pm-9:15pm – the hall will be open from 7.00pm
The venue is Redland Quaker Meeting House, 126 Hampton Road, Bristol, BS6 6JE This is a 10 minute walk from Clifton Down or Redland station. There are also frequent buses on Whiteladies Road; Apsley Road is the nearest stop. Our main speaker will be James Willcock, Project Manager for MetroWest Phase 1 James and team will be updating us on the progress of the Portishead line programme, and other elements of MetroWest. We will also be discussing why we now campaign as Bristol Rail Campaign, and whether Bristol Rail Campaign should be set up as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. Light refreshments will be provided. The meeting is also open to non-members who are welcome to observe. You can join, or renew your subscription, before the AGM starts.
