Hush money?  Gotta pay ‘em the big bucks so they keep quiet on the awful decisions from above that make them look like failures/idiots.

They're wrong - the law doesn't say "they must provide" a certain level of service. It says that only if requested. Very different.

I think it was ASLEF that said if the minimum service legislation was imposed they would just up the level and frequency of the industrial action
