Title: Saltash signalling problem

Delays to services between Plymouth and Penzance
Due to a fault with the signalling system at Saltash trains have to run at reduced speed on the line towards Penzance. Disruption is expected until 10:00 16/01.
Train services between Plymouth and Penzance may be delayed by up to 15 minutes.

That said, no delays showing on RTT so far.
