05:40 Penzance to Cardiff Central due 11:21 has been previously delayed, has been further delayed at Truro and is now 8 minutes late. This is due to a fault with barriers at a level crossing. Just heard on the local radio that the barriers are causing issues to road users. Rail users as well!
