Title: Warmley Waiting Room planning issue.
Post by: johnneyw on August 10, 2023, 22:03:14
Users of the Bristol to Bath cycle/foot path may be familiar with the very popular Warmley Waiting Room cafe at the former Warmley Station.  A recent planning application for additions to the site revealed a bit of a problem.  The original planning consent dating from the 1980s apparently was only temporary but that was forgotten by everyone..... until now.
In response, the cafe is asking for support through their Facebook page which they will use as evidence to the planning department to demonstrate the value that people put on this facility.

The article below has the story plus a link at the end to the Facebook page if you want to add a supporting comment.  It's had quite a response already.
