Title: Paying on the bus: making it difficult
Post by: Mark A on July 27, 2023, 17:43:51
Windows and transparent barriers as a surface to support notices - always tempting, but never good.

On the bus, 'Tap on/off' notices raise the bar considerably, the one that's arrowed is in precisely the right place to completely obscure visual access to the touchpad. Today I watched it delay transaction after transaction: how the company concerned hasn't ben motivated to correct this is a mystery.
