I have been Managing Director at GWR for nearly 15 years (with a brief stint standing in as MD at South West Trains). I am the longest serving Managing Director of GWR, with a longer tenure as MD than my predecessors combined. I have worked with 8/9 other TOCs in a variety of roles, starting with telephone enquires in 1989. As MD of GWR, I lead a team of over 6300 people, delivering a variety of train services for customers spanning from West London to Cornwall, South/West Wales and everywhere in between. I am happy to be here answering your questions and discussing the future of our franchise.
