There are two strands: - the DfT competition strand will close on Wednesday 26th July 2023 at 11:00 - the High Speed Rail competition strand will close on Wednesday 9th August 2023 at 11:00. The overarching principles of the fund are: - Cost Efficiency, and - Increasing Value for Money.
