Title: On the buses - June 2023 Post by: grahame on June 25, 2023, 08:11:45 As well as trains, I have been on a few buses. Some excellent services that show just what can be done and in places is done.

On the Island there is a frequent service throughout the day and into the evening. There is a regular service on most routes on a Sunday, some night buses and even services on Christmas Day. The alliance of operators in Cornwall combine to produce a network across the county with common ticketing and limited duplication of services. A bonus is that both also produce printed timetables - although the Cornwall version has got so big it is no longer a convenient A6 pocket sized guide but an A4 book!
