about travellers with sight loss have to endure when boarding at unstaffed stations. Can't see this is referring to the plannec Cinderford train station re-opening. So I presume they is referring to Lydney station. Considering that Chepstow and Lydney are looked after by Tfw. The two stations are treated totally differently.
