I think if you read it correctly hes saying a direct service from Totnes to Teignmouth with a stop at Newton Abbot takes apx 18 mins... ;D And you can have an evening out in Plymouth from Totnes, just catch the sleeper home at 00:20, sounds perfect to me..... Its a class place! Also - 25 minutes to drive from Teignmouth to Totnes? Depends on the time and route I guess, but I am sure that doesn't take into account the sometimes dreadful traffic in Newton.
