RAIL is working closely with The Great British Railways Transition Team on the series to bring the latest updates on progress since publication of the White Paper. GBRTT is being led by Network Rail Chief Executive Andrew Haines, who was asked by Government to consider interim arrangements for the railway following publication of the Williams-Shapps Plan for Rail. Across a series of five events, we will break the White Paper down into bite-size chunks based on the commitments made in the paper.
