Glad to see somebody included the H&S diagram on safe lifting.
Disappointed that government money appears to have been given to such an impractical design.

Government love this sort of nonsense.
"exploring all possibilities"
"new and innovative solutions"
"more research needed"

And of course talk of such rubbish is a good alternative to actually doing something in the here and now. Like building proper trains with luggage vans.
