Title: Developer Pulls Out Of Gloucester Greyfriars Scheme

Edward Ware Homes has dropped out of a key scheme to build almost 400 new environmentally-friendly homes on Gloucester's Greyfriars city centre site (link below.)

It is understood the site owners English Partnerships were unable to reach agreement over financial and design issues for the scheme which is an important part of the ^1 billion regeneration of Gloucester.

Talks are now being held with Linden Homes who may take over the scheme.
