Contractors today complain about short turn-around times for tenders!

So in 3 weeks a contractor must get themselves to Paddington to spend time there looking at the drawings and obtain the Bill of Quantities and then put together a tender. If they miss something on the drawings they then have to go back to Paddington to have another look.

Not likely to favour a local contractor.
