From the FGW website :

05:40 Weymouth to Bristol Parkway due 08:25
This train will run short formed with 1 carriages between Weymouth and Westbury.This is due to an earlier train fault.

The 0732 ex Taunton duly left pax behind at Nailsea. Mind you those left behind only arrived a couple of minutes later on the XC service.
