Strange one that; wouldn't expect any member of the public to know the dispatch procedure, so wouldn't expect the driver to take any notice of a 'public' dispatch. Happens quite often. There’s an additional ‘internal information’ field for such things to be put, but sometimes they get put in the public fields by mistake. Title: Re: Please assist with despatch.
