First picture shows LA79, the MML set that provided us with comfort for a little while longer, off to Craigentinny from Laira, leaving us to go its new home with Cross Country, look forward to riding on you on a Cross Country HST.
No longer can we travel in the original luxury of an un refurbished HST.

Its actually off to Cross Country - East Midlands have no business in Scotland ;)

Thanks for the link D_M, found this while looking there, 142001 finally managed to get in service despite being cannibalised.

Were there 2 MML sets on loan to FGW? The last time I was on one, last week, it was interspersed with a number of refurb coaches. Would they really split the set up and then reassemble it later?
