Hayes & Harlington according to TfL, who are always more specific in location than the TOCs. It helps to know closer location details to assist in knowing what alternatives might be available

Not a good day for this today.

I had a meeting in Peterborough, and drove. Other attendees were stuck in trains on the ECML for a couple of hours as a result of another similar incident

I was at Maidenhead about 16:00. Warned of situation as I went through the barrier. Good flow of information on PA and screens. Location of incident stated as Hayes and Harlington.

If I had cycled Maidenhead - Windsor - Slough, rather than what I did I could possibly (?) have got back to Reading via Riverside and Staines but I doubt I would have saved much time.

At least we got home.
