It looks like the problem described at http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?topic=19765.msg261737#msg261737 This "News, Help, Assistance" area covers website problems as one of its many areas - thread posted in the correct place. Typically best to report these things to the moderators / admins as well if they occur though - which has been done in this case. The analysis in the post just above has proven to be correct, and the advise is to resize attachments prior to uploading - rarely do our readers need so many pixels that the attachment downloads at large print publication final quality.
