Title: Express service, Exeter to Bristol Post by: grahame on March 21, 2008, 09:50:04 Quote 06:00 Exeter St Davids to Bristol Temple Meads due 07:42 This train is running and is now 59 minutes late. This train has been revised. It will no longer call at: Tiverton Parkway, Taunton, Bridgwater, Highbridge & Burnham, Weston-Super-Mare, Weston Milton, Worle, Yatton, Nailsea & Backwell, Parson Street and Bedminster. This is due to a member of train crew being unavailable. That "59" seems very precise - any reason that it's just less than an hour? What proportion of the passengers that this service is INTENDED to serve will ACTUALLY be served? i.e. what proportion of the traffic normnally carried by this train is through journeys from Exeter St David's to Bristol Temple Meads? Dunno what the next working at BTM was, but I can tell you the allocated unit was 150127 so perhaps someone else can tell us. I believe the train crew that bring up the 06.00 from Exeter then do a BTM - Cardiff and return.
