From the FGW website :

Line problem between Westbury and Salisbury.
Train services between Westbury and Salisbury are being disrupted due to signalling problems.Engineers are working as fast as possible to restore services to normal. Delays of up to 20 minutes can be expected.

Also :

10:22 Portsmouth Harbour to Cardiff Central due 13:41
This train will be started from Fratton.It will no longer call at: Portsmouth Harbour and Portsmouth & Southsea.This is due to a broken down train.

10:30 Cardiff Central to Portsmouth Harbour due 13:52
This train has been revised.It will additionally call at: Keynsham, Oldfield Park, Freshford and Avoncliff.This is due to an earlier train fault.
