First Great Western SLC2 : derogations against Route D2 (Reading - Oxford) and C1 (London Paddington - Reading , link below.)

As I read it, that's a derogation that allows FGW to run two services rather than the three originally specified from Oxford to Reading and from Reading to Paddington in a certain 3 hour period (to find out when that 3 hour period is, I would need to look for the SLC ... Lee - did you look at the timings for those paragraphs?)
